Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of YAVEX Technologies (www.yavextech.in), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

YAVEX Technologies provides: • Website design and development • Web application development • Graphic design (logos, posters, flyers, brand kits) • Related digital services as agreed in the project scope

3. Project Engagement

All projects begin with a scope agreement communicated via email or WhatsApp. Work commences upon receipt of the agreed advance payment (typically 50% of total project fee). The remaining balance is due before final file delivery.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance payment: 50% of project fee before commencement • Balance: Due before final delivery • Payments accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or as otherwise agreed • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise • No refunds once work has commenced, except where YAVEX Technologies fails to deliver the agreed scope

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit are billed at ₹500 per round. Significant changes to the project scope after commencement may result in revised timelines and additional fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for: • Providing content (text, images, logos) required for the project in a timely manner • Reviewing and providing feedback within the agreed timeline • Ensuring they have rights to all content provided • Approving final deliverables before closure Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom design and code created for your project transfers to you. YAVEX Technologies retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used in your project.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9. Warranty & Support

We provide a bug-fix warranty period as specified in your plan (typically 1–6 months). This covers functional bugs in deliverables. It does not cover changes to content, new features, or issues arising from third-party services or client modifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

YAVEX Technologies' liability is limited to the total fee paid for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our deliverables.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 7 days' written notice. In such cases, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. The advance is non-refundable.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
