Otherwise the form prepares a WhatsApp message that you review and send yourself. • WhatsApp / Email: Messages and information you share when contacting us directly. • Optional Analytics: Google Analytics 4 may collect page views, browser and device information, approximate location, and cookie identifiers after you allow analytics. This data is not necessarily anonymous. Please do not include sensitive information in enquiry messages. • Preferences: Your analytics choice is saved in your browser's local storage where available.

5. WhatsApp Communication
When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages and media are subject to Meta's Privacy Policy in addition to ours. We use WhatsApp solely for business communication — project discussions, updates, file sharing, and support. We do not add clients to broadcast lists without explicit consent.
6. Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies and identifiers to measure visits when analytics is configured and you allow it. Analytics scripts are not loaded before that choice. You can decline analytics or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Declining stops future analytics collection for this site and removes first-party Google Analytics cookies where accessible. This does not delete data previously sent to Google. You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Your saved preference is stored locally in your browser. Disabling analytics does not affect the website or enquiry form.
7. Data Storage & Security
• With Formspree enabled, enquiry details pass through Formspree to the configured recipient. Formspree may retain submissions according to its service settings and privacy policy. • In WhatsApp mode, the form prepares a message locally; the details are shared with WhatsApp when you continue there. The enquiry is delivered to us only when you press Send in WhatsApp. • Email and WhatsApp messages are stored by their respective providers and in our business communication records. • HTTPS and security headers protect website connections, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. • We retain business records for the duration of our business relationship and for 3 years thereafter, subject to applicable retention requirements. Third-party providers have their own privacy policies and retention settings.
